Classic Reuben $8.5. This sandwich comes pre made, wrapped and refrigerated. The set-up of the cafe is geared towards anyone that works in the office tower above, given the foyer location, and anyone willing to drop by for a coffee or quick lunch. The bread is a light rye, there are several slices of corned beef, a fairly tasteless clump of sauerkraut, cheese, Russian dressing and two non-Reuben additions of tomato and lettuce. As a regular sandwich it’s actually ok but it doesn’t quite qualify as being a Reuben despite being called one. Some pickles would have been nice in there as well.
