One thing I love about Croatian cuisine is how rustic it generally is. A few choice ingredients, uncomplicated preparation and a very tasty outcome. Admittedly, if you were to omit the Vegeta seasoning in this recipe there wouldn’t be much about this dish that screams Croatia.
Perhaps the herbs or the chilli? Or my Croatian title? No matter, as it’s a tasty dish. Fresh green herbs, a couple of spices, some parmesan (thanks Italy) and juicy chicken meat that gets an external stickiness as it bakes. This is some mighty fine finger food!
