Corned wagyu beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing on light rye $9.5. This Reuben can only be sampled at the monthly Growers Market in Pyrmont held on the first Saturday of every month. At time of writing, anyway. The sandwich is assembled on a bbq plate where the sauerkraut and beef is kept warm before being layered and wrapped in butchers paper. Great tasting meat, loads of cabbage and little dressing. Overall a very nice smoky flavour. The Rachel sandwich is also available here where coleslaw replaces the sauerkraut.
