Here’s something that has probably been done a thousand times. A “porridge” that’s made with berries and yoghurt, and some quinoa flakes. There’s no cooking involved, it’s eaten cold, and for those where it matters, it’s gluten free.
If quinoa is not your thing, I’d say replace it with rolled oats. And if yoghurt doesn’t work for you, go with any milk of your choice.
Not only is this impossibly easy to knock together, it’s good for you. Any berries can be used. Fresh or frozen. Just be sure to defrost the berries or you’ll end up with brain-freeze at breakfast. That can’t be a good thing. Go crazy and throw in half a banana if you wish, or any fruit you think may work.
